However, there are also some negative ratings from customers.
Some customers claimed that the machines squirts water everywhere and is not concentrated enough on the spot that you want it clean. A solution to this is to get a spray bottle and use it on the area where you want it to be cleaned first prior to operating the machine. There are also complains on how slow the machine takes to clean a large carpet but this is pretty obvious from my point of view.
